What you need to know to wear the G1 Uniform




Player Code of Conduct:

1.) Show Up! Can't develop if you aren't there.
2.) Be Aggressive, Go Hard! Build that mentality at practice and use it during the game.
3.) Positively Represent the G1 Name- No obnoxious banter, no bat slamming, no helmet throwing- Your attitude, effort, and language are a direct reflection of the team and the G1 name.
4.) Never take your eyes off the baseball. Ever.
5.) Be a good teammate. Be kind, Hold yourself accountable. Express yourself in actions.


Coaches Code of Conduct:

1.) Have a Plan, Force Aggression and Keep it Simple.
2.) Correct don't Condemn, Make it ok to shake off an error.
3.) Let the kids play, Put your team in the best position to compete.
4.) Create situational awareness, drive the energy, and let them get it!


Parents / Supporters Code of Conduct:

1.) Get the kids to practice, games, and other team events on time and properly equipped.
2.) Don't be a quitter. If you start the season on the team... finish it.
3.) Upset? Obey the 24 hour rule. Give it 24 hours before having a conversation with your kid or the coach.
4.) Make it fun, we want to make sure these kids play for a long time. If needed, remind kids this is supposed to be fun.
5.) The Kids are Watching! Do NOT address other teams, players, coaches, fans, or UMPIRES… If its bad let the coaches handle it.
6.) Show up and Participate in as many team functions as possible - remember you are part of the team as well.
7.) Be Supportive for your kid and the players. Everybody likes to be cheered on!
8.) Up your SWAG Game. Wear the G1 gear, support the squad!


G1 Youth Teams consistently get praised for their conduct on and off the field. By enforcing our Code of Conduct we continue to help our players become better people on and off the field. Failure to adhere to our Code of Conduct will force us to remove you from our program.
